[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]Lyrics can sometimes take our breath away — just make sure to remember and breathe.
It just takes a split second to decide its over. To be done. To be honest with yourself that where you are at no longer feels right…and to have the courage to face the struggle to let go of all we had planned…admitting to ourselves that we are in search of something more. That something more, that possiblity of finding it…that is what makes it worth it.
Change is never easy. You fight to hold on. You fight to let go. -the Wonder Years
Sometimes reassuring your friends that there is a meaning and purpose to their struggles has the ability to renew the soul and fill it with HOPE.
Here is to the possibility that something more is out there just waiting to be found…
Don’t be afraid to lose yourself in the music — just, remember to breathe.
Until next time… always desperately wanting.

Giving programs and donations to non-profits are generally the first thing that companies scale back on when a struggling economy forces budget cuts. Fortunately there are great no-cost ways for non-profits to continue to administrate and build their organization in spite of leaner times. One sim…

MOVEMBER gift ideas!!
If you did make cookies you could put them in all types of jars or other containers and then add tags in the shape of moustaches with fun ribbon and add the recipe for your cookies too!!
Cute Examples…they used Mason jars used as milk mugs with moustache straws and a “nutrition label” filled with facts about Movember and men’s health

GREAT IDEA —> How cute if you baked sugar cookies and let your little ones decorate THEN HAVE A MOVEMBER BAKE SALE and donate all your proceeds to someone’s Movember Team!!! You can even let them all wear fake moustaches during the bake sale :) BRILLIANT!! TEACHING KIDS ABOUT THE JOY OF GIVING BACK SHOULD BE FUN AND START AT AN EARLY AGE!!
Let’s start getting our youth involved and show them that we can MAKE A DIFFERENCE…one moustache at a time!!

[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]Every woman has a story.
Now, “…if only my shoes could talk…”
Want an introduction? Well does the name Hope Sandoval sound familiar? She was the lead singer of the band Mazzy Star (early 90s, the grunge movement at its prime, she shared the airwaves with iconic bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam and LIVE). Anyway…they came out with a song, Fade Into You, and if I was told that I could only pick one song that best reflects or represents who I am…well chiefs, this would be it.
Close your eyes and just let her voice take you away. Somewhere maybe you haven’t been in awhile. Just let her. Alot of people think how silly, but you know what I think? I think the majority of people are just scared. Scared to let something wash away the comfortable numbness they have convinced themselves is normal. I’ve always known I was a little different. And when I say different, what I really mean is AWESOME!
You know, some say I am the worst kind of hopeless romantic there is…I’m the kind that still believes in the possiblity of a happily ever after. That still believes in real-life fairy tales. That still believes no one, at the end of the day, is really going to let you down. I believe it to a fault. I refuse to accept the fact that…as “it turns out, you really can’t save people from themselves.” That people really are going to let you down. That 9 times out of 10, they are going to disappoint you….
Radiohead has always been able to describe it best when he says to just — “Immerse your soul in love.“ Everyday. We should be letting ourselves do that every single day!! And the fact that music has the ability to do that to all of us at some point or another…well, that just tells me that maybe…just maybe…every “…once in awhile, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love can give us a fairytale.”
You uncomfortable yet? Good. You will learn that the people who have the ability to make you uncomfortable are probably going to end up teaching you something that changes your life…embrace it, they are good for you. Remember that.
Alright…just one last quote from, The Ransomed Heart: A Collection of Devotional Readings By John Eldredge
“Not every woman wants a battle to fight, but every woman yearns to be fought for. She wants to be more than noticed, she wants to be wanted, she wants to be pursued. Every woman also wants an adventure to share. A woman doesn’t want to be the adventure, she wants to be caught up in something greater than herself.”
Desperately wanting — signing out.
